The Rental Process
Renting is super easy. You can even put a hold on your photo booth today with no credit card to assure no one snags your photo booth in the mean time.
1. Fill out our 'Quick Date Check' to make sure your rental time and date are available.
2. Complete the online reservation form (no payment is due at this time)
3. We'll review and send an official invoice, from which you can pay online via your preferred method
4. That's it! Your booth is all yours. No one can snag your rental time
From Rental Time until Event Date
Because we often book months, even a year or more, in advance, there is usually quite a long wait time. Totally understand your concern that we still have your reservation, but rest assured: Your rental is safe and secure! Feel free to check in anytime, keep us in the loop of updates with your event, contact for brainstorms and ideas, whatever you'd like! There really isn't much to do until about 2-4 weeks before your actual event date.
2-4 weeks before event date
As the day of your event draws closer, a few weeks before, we'll hammer out all the details, logistics, specific times, setup locations, and create your custom print template and any other things that need addressed.
Why not do these earlier beforehand? We can do these anytime you would like, but events have a tendency to change and evolve as time passes. So it's usually easier to nail down details closer to the actual date to avoid confusion.
Remember that when you reserve your photo service with us, we essentially block off that entire day for you to assure we can be fluid and easily accommodate any changes that may occur.
